Momentum Trade was founded by Marie Therese (MT) Pedersen with a clear ambition to help companies build stronger commercial performance.
As an independent consultant, I bring senior experience in sales strategy, commercial strategy and retail excellence - without complexity. I combine structured thinking with hands-on experience from Nordic and European FMCG and retail to help companies grow smarter.

Momentum Trade is built on my background from over a decade in commercial leadership roles accross the Nordics and Europe. I’ve led commercial organisations, developed sales and commercial strategies, driven retail excellence programs and supported brands through complex change, integration and growth phases.
My experience spans FMCG, pharmacy, dermocosmetics and retail - including roles such as Commercial Director, Retail Excellence Lead and Head of Commercial Strategy and Implementation. I’ve worked closely with retailers accross the region, built commercial frameworks, strenghtened sales fundamentals and delivered measurable improvements in execution and performance.
