Momentum Trade was founded by me, Marie Therese (MT) Pedersen, with a clear ambition to help companies build stronger commercial performance.
I am a senior commercial strategist with solid experience building strong commercial engines, leading complex transformations and driving measurable growth across retail-driven consumer brands in the Nordics.
As an independent consultant, I help companies strengthen their commercial structure, sharpen execution and create the conditions for sustainable, profitable performance.
I work primarily as a remote consultant based in Kristiansand, Norway, supporting clients across the Nordics and Europe.
